What to do when my account is blocked?
As soon as your account is blocked and you have exceeded the sales threshold, you must create a new account. You can choose to create another personal account, but it will also be capped at 2,000 sales or create a new pro account and enjoy its benefits.
Furthermore, your account may be blocked because your identity has not been validated yet. We need some info! For you to keep selling on Le Seller Space, we need you to upload your ID. After you upload and we approve your ID, you will be able to resume selling directly !
