My package has been lost, what should I do?

First, contact UPS with your package's tracking number to make sure it isn't just being held somewhere.

If your package was lost:

  • Have your sales number, product reference and tracking number of your package.
  • Contact us via our Facebook page Sell on Wethenew. We will proceed to the necessary verifications.

If we have not received your package, you will receive a message informing you that we are opening an investigation UPS. This investigation may take several days. If the package is indeed lost, unless the User is at fault, which constitutes a case of exoneration, WETHENEW will send an e-mail to the User and reimburse him/her for the lost Product(s) up to the value of the Product within the limit of two hundred (200) euros per parcel.
