If you notice a delay in payment, i.e. a delay of more than 10 working days after the reception of your product in our premises, here are the steps to follow:
- Check that you have sent your package to the address indicated in the sales confirmation e-mail.
- Make sure that you have included the sales receipt in the package of the product you sent. If not, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Verify that we have received your package using your UPS tracking number.
After checking these elements, if you still haven't received your payment, you can contact us on the Facebook page Sell on Wethenew with your sales number and the tracking number of your package, our team will answer you within 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
