My product did not pass the controls, what can I do ?

If your product has not passed our quality and authenticity control, you will receive an e-mail informing you why we cannot accept your product.

Here is what you have to do :

  • We will send you an e-mail with a payment link to refund the shipping and return costs of the product. You have to pay these costs of 15 per pair.
  • Your package will be reshipped 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
