You can track your package with your UPS tracking number. Deliveries are generally made within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If the delivery takes longer than expected, don't panic:
- Contact us on the Sell on Wethenew Facebook page with the sales number of the product(s) involved to notify us of the delivery delay. If you do not notify us, we may consider that you did not ship the product(s) on time and cancel your sale.
- Contact UPS with your tracking number to resolve the situation.
Do not hesitate to keep us informed of the situation if the delay becomes too long.
